Ken is great to work with. We used Ken to purchase an investment property from out of state. After a full day of looking at different properties we were able to finalize a deal. Ken took care of everything from inspections to meeting contractors on site while we were in another state.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ken and have already referred him to my friends and family who are looking to buy and/or sell a home in the area. He is nothing but kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. The thing I enjoyed most about him was his no non-sense attitude. Sometimes when you are buying a home people tell you what they think you want to hear, but not Ken. He shoots it straight and I appreciate the honesty. If I ever move again, I know Ken will be my guy.
