I had small leak in a tricky area to access above my shut off valve under the kitchen sink. I stopped the leak and it was no longer going downstairs. So I decided to tighten the hex cap on the pipe down stairs connected to the pipe, it broke and tons of water came out. I had to completely turn off my house water that night. I called Ken the next day and was super surprised he could come to Clinton later that day or first thing tomorrow.
