Ken is a great plumber to work with!
I identified myself as a homeowner in Beloit looking for a plumbing repair and he said “I don’t do third party calls”, I replied “I am the homeowner” and he hung up.
Replaced a faucet, disposal, and repaired a toilet - did solid work, keep his work areas clean, and professional
I called Ken on weekend. He returned the call the next day and scheduled for an appointment. Ken came on time in the morning and fixed the shower faucet quickly. And he took care of other shutoff valve issues as well. He gave me the detailed explanations of the problems and solutions. And this experience was very refreshing and the best I ever had. Since the plumber who worked for our house previously was not responding to our call or email for more than a week.
I called Ken in the evening, and he was there first thing in the morning. The price was less than I anticipated and he did an excellent job. Good person, honest work and I will absolutely call him the next time we need work performed.
