I have used their services for state vehicle inspections w/o issue until this year. They implemented a checklist status which indicated rear brakes on a 2022 pilot with 65k miles were in the caution zone. I asked service personnel how much (dimension) of the pad was remaining and told wait two oil changes. Meaningless, had no clue. I consulted another mechanic to inspect, result very little wear and would probably go another 65k. Time and money lost.
