Dr.Helal is an amazing and compassionate doctor. He suspected I had endometriosis after I came to his office for a very very painful ovarian cyst and difficulty getting pregnant. He performed my first excision surgery and he was right! I had endometriosis. He walked with my husband and I through our journey of thinking we weren't going to be able to have children, to delivering our first daughter!
