I just left the service department disappointed. Annette Garcia di not want to help me out. Brand new 2026 ford Maverick with check engine light on at 600 miles and she said go to Fullerton. Wow. Great customer service. They had 2 cars ahead of me. She said well you didn’t buy it here! Ok wow. I mean you’re still getting paid from the warranty, it’s still ford. Raul helped me out my expedition broke down while I was out of town and they were 1/2 mile away. I dropped the truck off on Sunday and the security staff was extremely helpful. They had me park the truck in the back where it would be in a safer area. Although they were not able to fix my vehicle because they were short staffed and backed up with work on Christmas week. On 11/6/2025 at 7:30 a.m., I dropped off my car after the check engine light came on and my Ford app notified me of an emissions issue. My car remained at the dealership over the weekend and into the following week. After several days, I was told my vehicle needed a new battery, which was not covered under my warranty, so I had to pay for the battery in addition to my deductible for the emissions repair.
