Ken Greene Contractors LLC built our home. We had constant issues with him not paying attention to details. Our house was off on square footage, septic was placed half way on neighbors property. Luckily the neighbor had were my parents. We tried to tell him the issue that was brought to our attention by the surveyor, he repeatedly failed to listen. This contractor’s employees damaged the fence on our property and then refuses to fix it! The employee called the day he damaged the fence and told my husband it would be taken care of this was 4 months ago. I sent him a letter and put a note in the local paper but he still hasn’t responded. This is also not the first time that he has caused damage to our property.

My fiancé and I are having a new home built through Ken Greene Contractor, and the experience has been an absolute pleasure, thus far! The staff is extremely responsive and have been available for walkthroughs whenever we’ve mentioned it. With the supply chain troubles, things have gone faster than expected, and we have been pleased with every aspect of the process, to this point.
