If they had anything less than one star, I would’ve put it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They intentionally tried to flood my house. I also just had to spend several thousand on replacing parts that they installed incorrectly. They were supposed to come out and check it out never responded nor showed up and I did have a current maintenance contract with them. The owner is just not a good person.I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
The worst there is. Gillispie septic installed a clearstream aerobic septic system for me in 2022. The system has been nothing but problems from day 1. Clearstream and Gillispie septic refuse to fix or replace the septic tank that leaks despite countless trips to address the problem. The last time they were here, they were applying Flex Seal to the inside of the tank by hand with a glove. We had a great experience with Ken Gillespie Septic. After a previous plumber left us in a tough situation, we were hesitant to trust anyone with our septic system installation. However, Ken Gillespie Septic made us feel comfortable throughout the process. They provided a fair quote, were transparent every step of the way, and delivered quality work. On top of that, they went the extra mile by leveling out our yard afterward. We truly appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend them!
