Very professional staff. It’s good for kids to have that work out done.
We recently hosted my daughter’s birthday party at the Ken Giles Recreation Centre for rock climbing and parkour, and it was an absolute hit. A huge shout-out to Janessa and Ralph for making the experience so special. They were incredible with the kids - patient, energetic, and genuinely engaged. The staff is well trained to be with kids of all ages. My kids love their parkour and wall climbing lessons. All equipment seems to be well maintained.
