I Live in a tiny town about an hour from Minneapolis. I did go through my Homeserve service but I felt it necessary to post a review just the same. The tech drove a lot with the other jobs he completed before he fixed my broken ignightor. He also cleaned the heat sensor, tightend a few things and replaced old and crunchy wires. We've had Ken Geroux Construction do work on our home and we fully recommend them for anyone looking for new home construction, renovations, maintenance work, and HVAC services. We've worked with Ken, Jake and Cody and all of them are the very best at what they do. For example, we had other HVAC services come out and none of them could make our second floor get sufficient cool air coming through the vents.
