Sandra (rental lady), Collin (service advisor), Nathan K (quick lane service advisor) and another gal with long black hair whom I believe works as a quick lube tech—they all took great care of me and treated me like gold. I worked in the car dealership world for 6 years and i know what good and bad customer service is. Ken Garf has had damn good customer service with me. I felt heard and acknowledged. They also took great care of my truck and provided a rental because I am super busy.

My daughter and I were traveling through the area earlier this month and had a power steering leak and coil wire problems on her older F150. Robert got us in immediately, all problems were diagnosed, and we had our issues fixed in a very timely manner. The service was outstanding, and if I lived in the area, I would make this my go to place. Thank you so very much!

Started the repair on a Thursday, simple new key programming job, and had sat for over two and a half hours, only to be told they “didn’t have the parts needed for the job” the only part in question was the key fob they needed to program to the car. I was told to come back after that unnecessary wait and still waited an additional hour for them to complete the work.
