Absolute top notch The experience of purchasing my vehicle with Ken Garff came as an absolute shock to the system, in the past i have purchased 4 different cars though dealerships with every experience being worse then the last Working with this dealership was a experience i would happily repeat and when in the future i am looking for another vehicle this will be the first place i stop
Sales Manager cocky and rude. Talk about pier pressure when I objected to outrageous price he said "SO! JUST PAY IT" I'm far from desperate miles age and the car could of purchased a new Car. Definitely going somewhere else wanted to ruin your credit before you've even decided on a vehicle.
I called to set up an appointment to get our older car evaluated, then later found out they closed this location and moved everything 40 min north. So, I decided to drive up and when I got there they told me that the person I had an appointment with was there but he was busy and the department I actually needed to talk with was closed. So I just wasted 2 hours driving around for nothing. Will not be coming here again.
