BEWARE- Absolutely do not go here! Soooo many issues. 1. They tried to overcharge me on the “works” package. Service advisor of 2 years apparently didn’t know there was a option for a single package. -corrected at checkout. 2. Didn’t replace my brake pads as I specifically requested, he stated they were all green. However, my paperwork at the last Ford 5k prior stated yellow… 3. Extremely unfriendly and slow CSRs at service department. Stuck using them since my Ford Explorer is still under warranty and specific problem was a recall issue. Customer Service training, etiquette, etc. is highly encouraged.
