Good god their advisors don't listen at all & nobody here has any sense of urgency. Go elsewhere if at all possible.
Received crude and obscene gestures from one employee as my wife and I entered to pick up a repair. Then at more than +$200.00 they inflated hours by 2.5-3 hrs. 7.5hrs for a 4-5 hr (milked out) job. It will COST you!!!
Consumer beware!!! Communication is almost non existent. You can call and leave messages, text messages via their automated system and hopefully get a response back within several days, sometimes longer. The knowledge of the advisor is pathetic. Was hoping they could help guide some decision making based on their knowledge of the industry and in my case warranty companies. I was sorely mistaken. No help or assistance could be had from her.
