Received crude and obscene gestures from one employee as my wife and I entered to pick up a repair. Then at more than +$200.00 they inflated hours by 2.5-3 hrs. 7.5hrs for a 4-5 hr (milked out) job. It will COST you!!!
Consumer beware!!! Communication is almost non existent. You can call and leave messages, text messages via their automated system and hopefully get a response back within several days, sometimes longer. The knowledge of the advisor is pathetic. Was hoping they could help guide some decision making based on their knowledge of the industry and in my case warranty companies. I was sorely mistaken. No help or assistance could be had from her. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! Drove 50 miles out of my way just so I didn’t have to deal with them!!
I took my new bronco, and it was having a blinker issue, they figured out the problem very quickly, and had me on my way in less than half an hour. Great staff there.
