RUN! Recently I took my car to Mercedes of SLC to have the Safety Restraint System (SRS) warning light checked. After several hours and a loaner vehicle the dealer told me that it was a seat control module and the repair would be $1100. I inquired if they checked the fuses and relays and they assured me that they had thoroughly checked the car. To me their diagnosis didn’t seem right because of the symptoms. Lots of history here at this dealership... 3 to be exact ..bought 2 jags and 1_BMW trade in...ripped off on every angle and yet 6 years later and a cooling off period my wife and I saw a silver 2005 corvette convertible for sale on line.after days of trying to contact anyone and actually driving down from Logan 90 miles one way realized that the ad was old news never was contacted although we tried email phone etc ..we ultimately ended up with a 2007 covertable from Brigham city ..like the rest of the world ken garff and its... read more

The only positive about thing about dealing with Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake City is I bought a nice car. The entire buying experience was filled with lies and distrust. I was working with Riley Hunter to purchase a grey GLS 450. He stated zero incentives to purchase - ok - I get the in today's market. However, he stated if I purchase the vehicle under a business he could give me $1500 off MSRP. After going back and forth, he agreed to a discount of $3250.00 off MSRP if we put in a business name. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...They would NOT COVER Benz warranty. I brought in my car for the headlights to be aligned as recommended by Mercedes. Service person said no problem. They took the car in . I was watching through the window. Their guy comes up to the car and starts banging on the headlight as if it was going to fix the issue. I complain to the sales person. They basically said there is nothing they can do. I complained to Mercedes Benz. Guess what.... all Mercedes cares is that their dealers sell cars for them AND MAKE ... read more
My 2016 C450 AMG, has been in the shop at Ken Garff Mercedes since the 26th of April..Nobody seems to know how to fix all of the problems this car has had since it came off of the assembly line. They did give me a crappy loaner diesel, that is so slow, and ugly that I just leave it in the garage.But I still have to make the lease payments on an AMG that is unsafe to drive and is still sitting in Ken Garffs garage?!?!?!
