Bought a vehicle here, classic pushy sales people but they did a fine job staying late to get it all done. Issue really arose when sales person and F&I manager said the Lincoln included lifetime oil changes with current promotion and he wrote it on the sheet. Went to get oil changed 6 months later and they GM and others said there’s never been such a program. Never came to a resolution and after saying they’d discuss and try to come up with a compromise we never heard back.

The dealers are very pushy about up-selling you when you are working with the financier. They have an auto theft GPS/cellular device on all their vehicles, which makes sense for a dealership but they claim they can't uninstall it and you have to pay $500 for it. It tracks everywhere you go mile by mile, your speed, amount of gas etc. It's a spy tool. You can reach under the dash and unplug it after spending $500 or you can go somewhere else. Go somewhere else.

They were busy when I went in but immediately tried to remedy the situation with assigning more people to the check in desk. Knowledgeable and polite staff.
