It’s sad because their work wasn’t bad, but when I picked up the car, the driving history showed that they took my Tesla performance and launched it 4 times. That’s how they test the dented bumper?!?! I don’t trust them.
Parts where hard to get. They where able to come up with a solution to get it back on track. Got my car back faster then indicated because of there fast acting solutions
The Ken Garff Body Shop & Glass team was AMAZING to deal with! Even though they were not on State Farms "preferred list" to go to I AM SO GLAD I WENT TO THEM!! I would do it again. Windshield connection that did the windshield there were great too!! Thank you Ken Garff Body & Glass, Tony and Brady were great to work with!!!!
Absolutely amazing staff. Never disappointed with Ken Garff. They always take such great care of me and my family. Tony was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, along with keeping us updated. I would recommend them to anybody!
