If I could give them a -5 star I would. A piece of wood flew up and hit my Mercedes on the freeway. Destroyed my grill and dented my hood. I called the Mercedes dealership downtown they told me I had to go to Ken Garff Body and Glass. Took my car in to Ken Garff. They looked at my car, I told them who my insurance was and they started badmouthing my insurance, stating they have dealt with them before.
