I purchased my last two cars, in 2011 and 2017 at this dealership, and have had much of my service work done there, too, including major maintenance on the 2017 Golf Sportswagen just this week. The staff is always friendly and the technicians are good. Although ownership changed recently, their standards are still high and I continue to use and recommend their service department.

I was told my Haldex service needed “immediate attention” , despite it normally being a 30k mile service and having already been completed just six months earlier at another VW dealership. I agreed to it because it was presented as urgent. Later, I was told the reason was that the fluid “looked bad.” If Haldex fluid deteriorates that dramatically in six months, VW may have a much bigger engineering problem than I realized.
