I communicated with two different sales associates to make sure they had the vehicle I was looking for in their inventory. Both confirmed that they did. Then when I make a 1.5hr round trip for a mutually agreed upon time, they no longer have either of the vehicles in stock. I won't be returning.
Had an inspection scheduled for 8:30am on a 2025 car. Very little maintenance needed. Took over 8 hours. This place is a disaster, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I want to amend a complaint that I had about my experience with my brakes previously. The manager Bob reached out to me and was so kind and caring. He truly wants to get to the bottom of my brake issue and is doing everything he can to get it figured out on them. It’s nice to know there are good caring people working behind the scenes at places like this. I am so appreciative.
