Had an inspection scheduled for 8:30am on a 2025 car. Very little maintenance needed. Took over 8 hours. This place is a disaster, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I want to amend a complaint that I had about my experience with my brakes previously. The manager Bob reached out to me and was so kind and caring. He truly wants to get to the bottom of my brake issue and is doing everything he can to get it figured out on them. It’s nice to know there are good caring people working behind the scenes at places like this. I am so appreciative.
Horrible experience. I was 4 hours from home when our 21 highlander went into limp mode. This was the closest toyota dealer so I walked in the service department to see what my options were. I briefly explained my situation and the service employee had only one comment - "tow it to another dealer because we are too busy". No other suggestions, no offers to help, nothing.
