Horrible customer service. Made an appointment, Dropped off my vehicle in the morning. They said 4 hrs max to diagnose my check engine light. I called after 4 hrs and was told it was inside being evaluated. I came back to the dealership at the end of the day and my vehicle was where I left it, and was never looked at.
DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!I wish i could give them NO stars.Back on June 22nd I bought a 2017 ***** Silverado from McDonough Nissan that I found on their website. March 28, 2025. I did not realize my son ended up paying $11,000 plus, until today. for a car he had to buy when the car he purchased in January of 2024 had so many problems had to wait over 2 weeks after purchasing to receive the car. There was every excuse, part coming tomorrow, no part, found another problem., etc.Three months later, April 2024, car light went on, took to Tires plus to see whats wrong. I recently purchased a 2005 **** 500 from this location. In less than 25 miles driven and only 20 days owed the alternator and the battery went out. I Believe that the vehicle was not fully inspected before it was sold to me. They did not disclose that the car cold fail and misrepresented the car's condition. Now on top of this they want $1500 for repairs before the car can be released back to me.
************ Found a car to purchase, got approved for the loan. Was asked to make a down payment, sent money and was told they would be getting all paperwork together, call me back to finalize. Sold my handicap son a car and an extended warranty that we cannot use per warranty company because car has too many miles and we took the car to have it served 2 times for the same issue and they should have found the problem the 1st time but didn't! I wouldn't buy amy of the service agreement. We bought the pil chamge package suppose to be good for 5 years. I only had the car for 3 years, when I went to get my oil change they told me I have used up all my oil changes and I asked how it was suppose to be for 5 years. They told me it was for 5 years is what they tell you but in reality its only 50k miles.
