I brought my Nissan Sentra in for service and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Brent, the service manager, was absolutely phenomenal!! He took my concerns seriously, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work on my car was done with the highest level of care and satisfaction. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely committed to customer service, but Brent exceeded every expectation.

Terrible experience. I came here in February for a battery test of my Nissan Armada that I bought from this location btw. The battery was continuously dying. First received the wrong information from the woman with all the cats on trinkets on her desk. She told me the battery warranty doesnt transfer to the new owner of the vehicle. Had to speak to Nissan of Streetsboro service manager and the service manager at this location for correct info. I shouldve known then to go to Streetsboro because it was also closer to home. This department has made multiple attempts to scam me over the years and today was the last straw. 1- lied about tire tread wear and recommended unnecessary $2000 replacement. Verified plenty of tread life at Costco later same day (took it for tire rotation) 2- lied about non-existent quick draining “hole” in windshield fluid reservoir and recommended unnecessary replacement. Verified zero leak in my garage. Worked fine before and after. 3- scammed about oil change price, upcharged a higher price only after finishing the job... read more
