The tall gentleman at the service counter with dark hair was so rude to me when I called last week regarding a check engine light on my daughter‘s car I came in today I asked him do you think this is a normal thing for a car with only 20,000 miles, etc. etc. and he’s like well. It happens. He was so rude. Took my Kia Sorento here for vibration in front end. 28k on it. Said there was nothing wrong with it must be the tires and wanted to sell me four tires and an alignment. I got the tires and alignment elsewhere. Had to since they didn't find the issue. Wasn't the problem. Took it to the Boardman store and they had it fixed in a day. Wheel bearings.
I had an outstanding experience at the service department at Ken Ganley KIA in Alliance. Brent Steed was the one who helped us, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and clearly explained.
