Took my Kia Sorento here for vibration in front end. 28k on it. Said there was nothing wrong with it must be the tires and wanted to sell me four tires and an alignment. I got the tires and alignment elsewhere. Had to since they didn't find the issue. Wasn't the problem. Took it to the Boardman store and they had it fixed in a day. Wheel bearings.
I had an outstanding experience at the service department at Ken Ganley KIA in Alliance. Brent Steed was the one who helped us, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and clearly explained. Had a great service visit for my car...short wait, lots of great snacks and drinks! Such a nice and very clean waiting lounge. I will definitely be back
Tried to call. They're open but I keep getting a guy who sounds like he's in the restroom and he says "hello" but then nothing. Tried another number and it's busy forever. Sounds like a real hill jack place to be honest. I'm moving on.
