They did a good job with the car but I was disappointed in their service. I did a key drop and walked back to pick it up when it was ready. Through none of the phone calls or texts was it communicated there is a 3% charge for paying with a credit card. On bills that can be high triple digits, that can be more than just a few bucks. The guy pointed out the sign at the counter, but since I never saw the counter until I was picking it up and had no other form of payment, that really wasn't helpful. We're in Oh, from NC, visiting family. It's a Monday. While on the way to Kennywood, the oil pressure light came on in my 2016 Kia Forte5 EX. Pulled over and checked, oil is full. We called the Boardman Kia dealership and they couldn't look at it until next week. We're leaving Friday, and didn't want it to be the oil pump, so tried the Alliance dealership and got a hold of Steve. The tall gentleman at the service counter with dark hair was so rude to me when I called last week regarding a check engine light on my daughter‘s car I came in today I asked him do you think this is a normal thing for a car with only 20,000 miles, etc. etc. and he’s like well. It happens. He was so rude. It was ridiculous and then another gentleman was trying to explain to me about the part that it needed and then I asked something about the warranty and he was like well I guess so it’s covered. Took my Kia Sorento here for vibration in front end. 28k on it. Said there was nothing wrong with it must be the tires and wanted to sell me four tires and an alignment. I got the tires and alignment elsewhere. Had to since they didn't find the issue. Wasn't the problem. Took it to the Boardman store and they had it fixed in a day. Wheel bearings.
