Richard was extremely unfriendly. Acted annoyed I even showed up for my scheduled quote appointment. He appeared disinterested in helping me and he did not listen to my requests for repairing a very large, unmissable chip in my paint and left it off the work order. I clarified that the price included the large chip and he confirmed it did. He then lied and acted as though he informed me of everything when I picked up the vehicle, which still has a very large chip in the paint.
Had a gate at my job malfunction and close on me while coming in. Destroyed the side of my car pretty badly. Popped my back tire and ripped through the paint front to back. These guy did such a good job of fixing my vehicle is looked as nice as the day I pulled my vehicle, new, from the lot. They also fixed some dents and dings that weren't part of the damage and fix some other trim pieces that popped up over time and reseated them 10/10 for work quality 👌 I would totally recommend them.
Wonder why my 22 jeep grand Cherokee L limited has been there since Dec 13 getting worked on..I used to drive for Uber...I've been out of work since they've had it and they will be repoing it from their own yard Soon...w a f&$#ing joke 6 times they told my wife it was almost done...and than welllll we need this part soooooo another 3 weeks...another 2 weeks Blah blah
