I was unexpectedly disappointed. Since I'm new to the area, a trusted friend referred me to Mike and co. at Ken Fielding. I came with an assessment from recent oil change literally in my hand, told them exactly what was needed via telephone prior to my visit, and again in person when I arrived (tie rod ends & sway bar link), and assumed that 3 hours later that's what they would have completed.
