Well, Ken came out for an estimate. He was personable and knowledgeable BUT he left and never contacted me. I called him and left messages, no reply. It would be good if contractors said they did not want to do the job to save people time from waiting for their response. I also never understood why a contractor would skip smaller jobs. When I needed new siding I would call someone that had already done good work. Now, I'd never call Ken.
