Ken did a phenomenal job selling my condo in Chicago. I guess you could say he performed a miracle for me. Sold the property so quickly and was very “ present “ , on hand, and professional during every aspect of the sale. I barely had to lift a finger! Ken’s demeanor was fabulous and he worked non stop showing the property and arranging everything with the attorneys.
