Very disappointed with this dealership. I made an appointment to come in and see a Used Vehicle. I made arrangements to see it the following day and even got a text response from the salesman saying he would have the Vehicle ready for me. The following day I made the trip to the dealership and after Ken, the sales rep, greeted me, he said that he was sorry but the car hadn't been cleaned yet. Which was a serious understatement.
