I've been doing business with the Ken Dixon family "Ken Dixon Plumbing" for a little over 20 years now and have found them at all times to be courteous and professional in their work. I have worked with them on hundreds of new construction jobs all over Williamson County, Georgetown, Round Rock, Leander and Cedar Park. When I need a plumber, I called the Ken Dixon Plumbing and talk to Sherry or Mike. They will do a good job for you too.
Came when needed, did what was needed (worked Sat. AND Sun.), and bill was very reasonable (and very nice folks, too).
Many thanks to Mr. Dixon for the excellent work done. After the repair he took the time to insulate and secure the water pipe for the horses" tank and notched a pvc pipe to use on the in ground shut off. Also, fairly recently his company corrected a major water pipe issue. This company deserves 5 stars and I won't hesitate to recommend them. One more plus....their response to your call is timely.
We've hired Ken Dixon several times for big and small jobs and have been very happy with them every step of the way. They are the first company who has EVER emailed us a picture of the plumber/service person that was coming out so we would feel safe. This is an incredible example of customer service - especially since we didn't request this! Their receptionist and accounting departments have been a pleasure to work with as well!
We absolutely love this company. They have helped us with a couple of plumbing issues in our aging house, and each time they have been professional, kind, and extremely reasonable in their pricing. I can't recommend them highly enough.
