We had an unexpected issue with a shower valve. Due to its location the water supply to the entire house had to be shut off. I called Ken and he was able to respond within two hours and resolve the issue and replace the parts. I would not hesitate calling Ken again for any plumbing project.
Ken responded to my request for repairing a toilet shut-off valve promptly. He came out that afternoon and completed the repair. I was impressed by his professionalism and highly recommend Ken.
