My mom is going into a group care home on Saturday. We were lucky enough to be able to bring her 18 year old cat with her. I couldn't get any mobile vets to come and give shots in time until I called Kenneth. He knew that I ONLY needed rabies and updated shots with documentation. Instead? Absolutely dreadful. I made an appt for my dog to be put down today, received a rather rude call at 10 saying they would be here at 11 (initially was told it would be in the afternoon). Attempted calling at 11, 12 and finally got a call back at 1… the doc was quite rude when I canceled the appointment as people come to be with me. Was hung up on. Horrific experience..

I don’t even have one star to give but it wouldn’t let me go on. The nastiest man I’ve ever met. Shamed me & criticized me & left my dog upset. I was crying the whole time. Horrible!
My grandmother (who isn’t able to walk well herself, and has a veteran husband having heart issues right now) called to see if Dr. Cohn could come to her house and see her dog that is unable to walk well and urinating on herself. Right away he started shaming my grandmother about the dog’s weight and what my grandfather feeds her. Saying things like they don’t care about the dog, he doesn’t want to waste his time and started talking about how he’s had to euthanize so many pets from issues of being obese.. Dr. Cohn came to my home yesterday to clean and extract teeth from my 13-year old terrier mix dog, Dexter. Now, I've worried for years that Dex would die under sedation because he has respiratory problems, so it was a big step for me to trust Dr. Cohn implicitly with Dex's care. Dr. Cohn was patient and caring with Dex and did a fabulous job with Dex's dental problems. He also gave me great advice and instructions for care, which, as a pet-mom, I totally appreciate. He deletes his google reviews !! My family and I have posted about our awful awful experience with him and they gone the next day! Absolutely disgusting this “vet” showed no sympathy or kindness towards our poor dog and even refused to acknowledge us when leaving.
Absolutely rude, absolutely inhumane. I would never want him in my home or near my pets again!
Dr Cohn came out to my house at 9:30 at night since my precious TaMolly (16 y.o. Amstaff) went completely downhill within about 12 hours. He was kind, gentle both with her and me and explained everything he did - patiently answering all my questions. I cannot say enough good things about him and his services. I’m sorry others have not felt supported in their time of need, but he was wonderful for us!
