We didn’t even end up buying from them because of the experience we had just wanting to come see their homes. One floor plan we were interested in was being delivered so they told us to come down that weekend. They knew we were coming from way out of town and when we got there the home was still not set up. We looked around for an hour, came back and checked in and it was still not set up. They closed at 3 and by this point it was 2. They finally got it setup way after 3 and we had to kill time around town until then. While ... read more

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to buy a home, here's why. 1. Poor Management 2. Poor Communication 3. Delivery Process = NIGHTMARE 4. Contract Administration = NIGHTMARE 5. Final Walk Thru...you think you're done but not even close There is so much more than this but you can get the idea from here, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. I can't begins to explain how unprofessional, and disorganized this company is. Our house was almost 4 months late. Which falls on the manufacturer but Ashby has zero motivation to give you a call,email, or text about updates. And it will fall squarely on your shoulders to stay on them or else they will drag their feet. Ashby couldn't get the dirt delivered on time, couldn't spread it on time, couldn't deliver the house to my property on time. No one there has answers.
