I went to Ken Co and I was treated very nicely. Mr. Ross was definitely a blessing to my family and I. He has been the best person to work with in getting a trailer. He has walked me through every step and process and what to expect. I would definitely recommend him and Ken Co to start the journey of getting a trailer.

Office staff was ok but they'll blame us. people who put the house in no thanks huge loss including HVAC and roof screwed all the way around. They don't care. You won't get any help either your warranty does not matter. Make sure you register HVAC within 60 days and do the research right off
The mobile homes are beautiful and the property looks great. The staff was friendly overall, but I did experience a lack of professionalism from one employee that made the experience uncomfortable. Hopefully management addresses this so it reflects better on the business.
Very good experience with Ken Co they made it easy and fast to get my new home management was excellent i would recommend them to anyone honestly best place to go to
