Ken-co mobile homes of Lake City is the place to go buy a mobile home from. Ross was great to work with. He stays with u until all is well in the home. And answers all my questions or gets the answer to it. I highly recommend them.

Everyone we spoke to with Kenco of Lake City was very professional and very kind especially Ross. I stayed persistent in communication because I like to know what’s going on and Ross was always there to have an answer or would find out the answer for me. The only thing that I was unsatisfied with was how our property was left After anything that was done during process. KenCo Homes of Lake City has been a great experience. My #1 lot Ive visited since looking for a mobile home for my little family. Literally from Day 1 up to closing they have been nothing but GREAT. I recommend Ken-Co Homes of Lake City. The staff is helpful and friendly. I appreciate Kayla in the business office - she keeps the paperwork flowing. Ross Baker was very attentive and caring in my home buying process. I would recommend them if you are looking for a mobile home. Also, Kenco has a great bunch of workers, who do the post setup items. If I have an issue with my home, I contact Ross. He takes care of it.
