They always have what I need, and have prompt service. The 1 star reviews are just grumpy people in general by the sounds of it.

Business hours on website shows that theybare open till 5:00pm. I showed up at 4:45 and followed instructions on door and called 9 times before 5 to get help and no one would answer. Finally the answering machine just said that they are closed. Wasted ny whole weekend of work because do not open till Monday.

Great selection, handy catalogue to find matches, and great cross references to oem #'s, most stuff is available, and most products have good quality, some clips aren't the best, but you have to use your judement.

Started an automotive repair and bed lining company. I chose these guys to supply my bed lining products. It may not sound much, but I've given these guys almost $2500 in business (which is a lot for me). Things didn't go to well with the shop and I had two kits left over, called a few weeks prior to this review and was told I could return the remaining kits I had left.
