Unfortunately we had a negative experience with Ken as our realtor. After submitting an offer for a home, Ken became angry when it got rejected by the seller and Ken relayed to us that we wasted his time because our offer was too low. We were very disappointed by his reaction especially being first time home buyers. Please be wary of Stark Realtors.
