After being a customer at the old Ken and Betty's I was very disappointed. No sugar cones, their ice cream flavors have decreased by at least 1/3 and their prices have doubled. The customer is definetly paying for them to be in the mall. When we first saw the shop I thought Ken and Betty's is going to put that place out of business. I was sad to learn that that was Ken and Betty's.

Hard to get to. Totally NOT worth the aggravation! They were out of toppings and they could not even pour a descent soft serve cone. On the plus side (and only one), it was cheap!! Otherwise, don't bother!!
Ice cream tasted off and was half melted. Got bottom of barrel topping because they didn't want to refill (said they would and didn't). There wasn't enough topping for the desert even after that and then the chocolate was bad. Used to be good, but changed for the worse with new ownership.
