I hit a deer on 4/2/25, on Friday 6/27/25 my truck was finally finished. From the start of this whole process Ken Barrett lacked very simple communication skills. All but twice I was the one who initiated communication. I had to bring my truck back 4 times for an issue that could’ve been solved with a leak test when they reassembled my truck the first time. From the moment I walked through their door...I was treated like family. I was very happy with the work. Never could tell it was in accident. Definitely recommend this shop for any collision need!
