Highly recommended. Competitor wanted to charge me $3600 for a full boiler replacement with all the usual salesperson garbage. Nela was polite, honest and only charged me for a call out fee and damaged valve replacement, found the issue to be mainly electrical and non boiler related, saving me over $3000. Great job mate 👍

Called about a blocked pipe, and they came in one day and fixed it. I highly recommend using these guys.

Despite the plumber's best efforts and it being quite messy (as our water main was destroyed and it was at night), we were advised our issue couldn't be fixed until the morning. If we had left it - we would have had water damage to the house. The plumber also informed us that he didn't want to damage his tools to fix the burst, an observation I'd prefer he'd stated upon arrival. Neither the company nor the plumber were upfront about the callout fee and we had to seek out other assistance that night.

When our sewer pipe began overflowing into the house on a Friday morning, we were worried we would have to spend the weekend somewhere else. But after a quick call to the Ken Barnes IHW team, they had not one but TWO plumbers at our house within a few hours. They were quick, helpful, knowledgeable, and did such a good job, we want to highly recommend them to everyone.
