The store has been under new ownership for a year or so now, and the new owners have changed not only the look and feel of the store, but it now has a fantastic selection of wines in addition to carrying liquor and beer. I love this place primarily for one reason. When you walk in the store they have on display several feature wines and what they call a Manager's Choice. While I really like my neighborhood liquor store, completely appreciate the remodeling, I do not like the policy of leaving backpacks outside. Are women asked to leave large purses outside? It is a decision made in haste, I think and is unfriendly to a friendly neighborhood. They need to change the policy, soon!
