I highly recommend this company. Mr Allen took care of all of the problems we were having with our septic tank and pipes . He responded to my phone call immediately and came the same day. He pumped the tank and discovered that we had issues with the pipes. He came back in a timely manner and dug up the problem pipe and replaced it with a new one. He works hard and gets the job done for a reasonable price. I would definitely use his services again in the future if needed. Professional, friendly and prompt !
Call no other! Ken provided prompt, professional service. He actually CALLED ME BACK! We just needed routine septic maintenance, but he was able to fit us in his schedule right away. It was great to get this task off of my "to do list".
Hands down amazing service! Called them at 8am to pump our 2000 gallon tank and they were there a few hours later. Very helpful to check to make sure our leach system is working and things look good. Very reasonably priced.
An emergency situation presented at 7:00AM and was resolved by 1:30PM thanks to the great service we received! Caston was knowledgeable, kind and gracious during our time of panic. He located our sewer cover buried far below the ground with a layer of snow on top in about 10 minutes. We are grateful for the outcome and speedy service! Highly recommend Ken Allen's Septic!
