An emergency situation presented at 7:00AM and was resolved by 1:30PM thanks to the great service we received! Caston was knowledgeable, kind and gracious during our time of panic. He located our sewer cover buried far below the ground with a layer of snow on top in about 10 minutes. We are grateful for the outcome and speedy service! Highly recommend Ken Allen's Septic!

I spent the whole weekend calling leaving messages with anyone that does septic tanks. Kens Allen's septic was the only one to call me back! Not only that he was able to show up then same day and take care of the problem! He answered any questions that I had. he gave quotes, I know not everything goes as planed but the end bill was true to the quote. He was kind and professional, friendly even joked around with us. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!!
I called to rent a portable toilet and the man I spoke with was very friendly and helpful! While I was too far away for them to service my needs. He did make very helpful suggestions. I was very Thankful the suggestions. I see others have also rated them Five stars and I would agree after the conversation I had. I wish I could've done business with them.
