We sent in our Yuneec Drone over a month ago to be repaired, this company was the preferred provider for Yuneec drones, I have called and left messages, sent emails, posted replies on the service ticket, called some more, had best buy call, and still a month later NO response whatsoever. Last response was 10/17/19. We have had to hire an attorney to get our $2500 drone back.

These people won’t answer phone calls emails. I bought a mantis q drone from Best Buy, never flew it once sent it and have the proof I got there no answer what so ever I’m down $500 between what I spent on it and mailing it. No answer. They virtually. Ripped me off. Can’t get my money back and they have the drone. The worst customer service on the planet.

They ( John and Elizabeth) did a great job making the necessary repairs but more important Becky made sured that I received the drone in time for my flight to St Thomas and the BVI's. Here's a pic
