If I could give 0 stars I would... This companies employees are a joke. They were the selected plumbing subcontractor for an addition to my house by the contractor. When the time came to hook the plumbing into my water main their employee made not one, not two, but three incorrect connections to my plumbing before stating "someone else is going to have to come dig a hole and get to the water main." He then promptly left my house and left all of his hack job tie-ins still in place. He didn't reverse the incorrect work, or act... read more

I was recommended to Ken through a friend after a DISASTROUS experience using the plumbers my builder chose. They messed up everything they touched and it took months for them to install my shower, and it was still WRONG! Ken came in an re-did everything how I wanted it, now how he thought it should be.
