Excellent customer service
I went to this clinic for a simple reason: my ear felt clogged, and I wanted it checked. I wasn’t in pain, and I wasn’t looking for any medication—just a quick examination to find out what was causing the blockage. Instead of addressing my concern, the doctor or nurse insisted on a pregnancy test, even though I made it clear I wasn’t pregnant and wasn’t there for medication.
