Had my first appointment here the other day. The staff at the reception area were very friendly. Dr Tissera was great and took her time answering my questions. She made sure I had clear expectations and was great with my 3 year old son.
My family and I love the team at the Kemptville Health and Wellness Centre. Dr. Burns is a phenomenal physician and truly cares for the health of his patients. Thank you for making our health, your priority! We also want to shout out Angele, the Medical Office Assistant for helping guide us through parenthood and routine baby visits/vaccines. Her calm energy makes each visit with the kids so easy! We have never been so happy to know that our family is in good hands when it comes to our overall health! Thank you KHWC!
Called in for refills for diabetes pills and sleeping pills due to my diabetes. The Dr called in for my diabetes pills but did not call in my sleeping pills because I have an outstanding bill for 2024 sick note that he did not give me when I was there. I had to call for it and then they charged me for writing it a fee of 25$. Then they want 25$ to call in a refill for the 2 mentioned above. This is called poor Dr care. They wonder why they have bad reviews. Well here it!!
I feel so comfortable from the minute I walk in until I leave. The care is wonderful.
This is an excellent practice with caring doctors and front desk staff. Dr. O'Neil is extremely professional and constantly reads up on new medical interventions and treatments in order to best serve his patients. I am so glad that I am a patient here.
