I called Kempville Animal Hospital as my bunny was in distress. Fortunately, they were able to offer me a same-day appointment and get my sweet girl, Harlow checked out asap. (Driving from Ottawa as nobody could see her that day locally, or don’t have a vet for rabbits) I am grateful for the care they gave to Harlow, and the treatment we both received both days we were there. The entire staff are absolutely wonderful! They are quick to reply to emails, provided me with all the information I needed and were very compassionate, kind and understanding when it came time to say goodbye to my senior cat Basil. They gave me and my family all the time we needed and were exceptional with explaining everything and answering any questions. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. My two rescue dogs have severe anxiety, and the staff and veterinarians are always patient and understanding. The clinic always has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere!
The staff here have always gone above and beyond to make sure my pups are healthy. Just this weekend we had a minor emergency and they were there for us, with zero judgement, just ready to help. They are trustworthy, caring people who really want what's right for your pet
