Fast service, easy to schedule, job completed as expected. I was unable to determine the type of cartridges my sinks needed so they even sent someone out before the actual appointment to check first for free. A year later when I had another problem they were able to look up the order and tell me what the part number was so I could handle another problem with a different sink myself.
Kempton and Self Performed wonderfully. They re-plumbed our house, were efficient, considerate and unbelievably clean and tidy. The County inspector noted that they did the job just right, first class. I agree!
We had a unit with a severe sewage back up over the weekend. Kempton & Self answered their after-hours emergency phone immediately and made it out as quickly as possible. I have worked with a number of plumbers and many of them do not respond this well for after hours / emergency calls. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
We had a mainline water leak right next to the foundation on a weekend.... I called Jamie and she was able to have them come right out. Corey was on call and arrived quickly, prepared, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Corey did great work. Fixed the difficult problem. It was an event that ruined our weekend but they had it fixed and back to new quickly. Will definitely be using again! Great customer service.
Kempton and Self did an outstanding job repiping our home in February 2025. First, Corey Kempton figured out a way to save me $450 over the original quote. by rerouting the pipeline. Then when my husband I (both in our 80’s) got home with a load of mulch in the trunk, Corey and his assistant unloaded it for us. How nice is that? Overall, Corey and his team were skilled and efficient. Yard was left near and clean. We couldn’t be happier!
