I just bought a home in the area and I saw one of their trucks in the neighborhood. After reading their reviews I had them come out to do some of the work I needed. Very professional, I will be using them for all of my future plumbing jobs.

We have now used Kempton & Self Plumbing on two different properties, and both experiences have been excellent. The first project involved a major plumbing repair shortly after we purchased a home. They quickly diagnosed that the property had deteriorating clay sewer pipes, explained the problem clearly, and provided a prompt, detailed estimate. They did recommend Sleuth, Inc. who were stellar, though. I think because the plumbing jobs I needed done were pretty basic, it came down to a fairly lackluster approach and attitude. When I called to follow up on a repair that was incomplete, I never heard back from the plumber who the receptionist said would respond. Sleuth, Inc. took care of it, though, when they were out on an unrelated call.

Our facility was spewing water as the result of a Main Line water burst from the city meter and across our property. Kempton (specifically Charles) patched the huge leak in a 50 year old galvanized steel line which held until the entire line was replaced three days later. It was a pleasure working with Cory (Owner) and Charles. The two could not be more professional, knowledgable and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Kempton & Self Plumbing for any plumbing service needed.

This is the best company you can work with. They get to the problem quickly, explain and repair The workers are professional and the other employees are very understanding, kind and courteous.
