During my test, they failed to provide a proper backup system, so they lost my data due a power outage. My second test was completed, and I was informed it would be faxed to the durable medical company last Thursday. (It wasn't). I called yesterday, provided a fax number, and they stated they would fax immediately. They didn't, then tried to say "someone" called me back to advise me (they didn't). This is a scam operation. Avoid them at all costs. They steal and lie. Garbage company!
The people that work at this location are very rude and disrespectful. All the way up to the manager. They think arguing, yelling, and being rude to their patients is ok. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
