Had a garage door replaced in Elizabeth City. Excellent service front estimate through installation. Highly recommend.
I absolutely LOVE this store! Every encounter I have had with this place has been with Travis Gordon. He is at the front counter when you walk in. He is my “go to” guy. He answers every question, puts together every order, answers all my text messages and phone calls plus takes my payments and fixes and orders I mess up… and to boot, he does it all with the sweetest smile. He never gets upset or angry. Kempsville Builders needs more people like Travis.
I have to leave a review for Mrs Tori and Mr Frank the amazing one man show! He was an absolute delight. I’ve never seen someone work as hard as he did. This old house has not been kind to him but he was by far the champion. For all future house endeavors through Kempsville, Frank will forever be my guy!!! Thank you for assigning him for the install! We had a great experience with the Kempsville, Elizabeth City team. We built a new home in Edenton and the Kempsville team helped us design and select cabinets, numerous floor furnishings and color combinations. We had quite a few major issues with our builder due to inadequate project oversight, quality workmanship, and accountability. Michael, Drew, and the Kempsville staff stepped up to help us resolve a couple of critical bathroom tile problems and some door/window related items to our complete satisfaction.
