The service was good and the product just as expected, working well.
Ordered next day delivery for urgent high profile Super Prime client, advised we would receive by midday next day via email. Kempton tried to save money by shipping standard and it backfired and the client is absolutely furious. We will avoid this supplier in the future.
I surprisingly found the discontinued 22 year old part I needed and received it quickly and at a great price! The only issue was the threads were wrong, however I was able to swap out the nut with my original part!
Reps very efficient and knowledgable, would definitely recommend this company 5 stars :)
