As me and my partner brought a car almost 10 months ago not when 3 months in the 4x4 stop working they wouldn’t cover under warranty and said that the wheel sensor was broken when my partner went to replace it we seen that the Gear housing for the 4x4 was broken not only got lied to but big waste of money wouldn’t go to Kempsey Nissan again for a car now gotta order another part and waste more money
Not very impressed. They never answer their phone and when they do, nothing but rude and blunt. Bought my car there 2 years ago, first and last time I will ever be doing that. Staff are not very helpful
Possibly the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I have been to Kempsey Nissan three times and each time I have been treated and spoken to like I am an inconvenience. Even purchasing my new car was a horrible experience. Called Nissan Australia to advise what I have experienced, and was told I should take my car to Port Macquarie Nissan to have it serviced etc as the service dealerships are franchised.
