Recently bought an Audi off Chris and Tom at Kempshot, car was just like they described when I turned up. Loved their approach and honesty throughout! Would recommend
Travelled a 300 mile round trip to view a car. The car was listed as a 'stunning example' and the way Chris described the car over the phone gave the illusion that it was a pristine car. This was not true at all. The car had clearly had some sort of front end damage because the bumper was misaligned, a different shade of grey and the lacquer was peeling at the edges, showing a really poor repair job. I’ve recently purchased a a Bentley from Chris a Kempshott cars and I’m over the moon with the vehicle but more the customer service from Chris . It was second to none . He gave me a fantastic price for my vehicle . I would highly recommend Chris / Tom at Kempshott cars .
Recently bought a car from here and now there are issues with it. Went to see Chris and he offered the use of manual car which i couldn’t drive but Chris was extremely rude to my partner. My partner just asked if they could look at mine mmi screen as it’s stuck and Chris just flipped at him unnecessarily and told him to walk back to Southampton and asked him if he is stupid! He was totally out of order on this instance. Very poor customer service.
Enquired online about a car and didn’t receive any replies so drove to see what they had in the showroom. On arrival he was on his computer, looked up for a second and asked what I wanted, when I enquired about the car I saw online his reply was that it’s sold. I then asked about another car and that had been sold too despite them sat in the car park with no sold signs on.
